I made this cinnamon bun in a mug recipe last night and it was fantastic! It’s a good quick fix when hungry for a cinnamon bun.<\/p>\n

This recipe was slightly modified from this recipe<\/a>.<\/p>\n

MUG CAKE BATTER<\/p>\n

1\/4 cup all-purpose flour – I used Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
1\/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1\/4 tsp baking powder
1\/8 tsp salt
1\/8 tsp cinnamon
1\/2 Tbsp butter, melted
2 1\/2 Tbsp milk<\/p>\n

CINNAMON BUTTER SWIRL<\/p>\n

1\/2 Tbsp butter, melted
1\/2 tsp brown sugar
1\/2 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n

ICING
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
1\/2 tsp milk<\/p>\n

Add the dry batter ingredients to a mug and mix. Add the butter and milk.
Combine the cinnamon swirl ingredients and fold into the batter.
Cook in the microwave for 45 – 55 seconds. Combine the icing ingredients
Let cool for 2 – 3 minutes.
Drizzle the icing ingredients over the top.<\/p>\n
