This is my new go to recipe for a quick, small batch of chocolate chip cookies.<\/p>\n

It is modified from this One Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe at https:\/\/www.cookingclassy.com\/recipe-one-chocolate-chip-cookie\/<\/a><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2 Tbsp butter
\n2 Tbs coconut oil
\n3 tbs cocounut sugar
\n1 egg
\n1\/2 tsp vanilla extract
\n1\/3 cup (40g) all-purpose flour
\n1\/3 cup filled with 1 Tbs coconut flour + 1 Tbs ground flaxseed + rest of cup filled with gluten free flour
\n1\/8 tsp baking soda
\n1\/2 tsp cinnamon
\n1\/8 tsp salt
\n1\/4 cup chocolate chips, divided
\n1\/4 cup dried berries, optional<\/p>\n

Preheat the oven to 350.
\nIn a medium bowl, melt the butter and coconut oil. Stir in the sugar, egg and vanilla. Add the flours, baking soda, cinnamon, salt. Stir in the chcocolate chips and dried berries, if using.
\nSpoon on to the cookie sheet and bake for 12 – 14 minutes.<\/p>\n
