These are a great, guilt free, small batch of cookies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
2 TBS grass fed butter
\n2 TBS coconut oil
\n2 TBS ghee or butter
\n1\/4 cup coconut sugar
\n2 eggs
\n1 tsp vanilla extract
\n1\/4 cup almond flour
\n1\/4 cup coconut flour
\n1 TBS ground flaxseed
\n2 TBS cornstarch
\n1\/2 tsp salt
\n1\/2 tsp cinnamon
\n1\/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
\n1 cup dark chocolate chunks or chips
\n1\/4 cup dried fruit, berries or cherries<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter. Add the coconut oil and ghee. Mix in the coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla.
\nCombine the almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon. Add to the butter mixture.
\nStir in the coconut flakes, chocolate and dried fruit.<\/p>\n
Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Flatten with fork, back of a spoon, bottom of a jar, etc. Bake for 15 minutes.
\nMakes about 15 – 18 cookies.<\/p>\n
