It makes a good dessert without added sugar. The berries add the sweetness.<\/p>\n<p>Berry Filling<\/p>\n<p>2 1\/2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n2 tbsp water<br \/>\n1 tbsp chia seeds<br \/>\n1 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>Cobbler Topping<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp melted coconut oil<br \/>\n1\/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut<br \/>\n2 tbsp coconut flour<br \/>\n3 tbs ground flaxseed<br \/>\n1 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\nPinch sea salt<br \/>\n3 tbsp coconut milk or other milk  of choice<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>In a small baking dish, mix berries, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla.
